JNVST (Jawahar Navodaya vidyalaya samiti) 2025: Navodaya Vidyalaya Admission Test to be Held in January and April 2025
For parents dreaming of getting their child admitted to Navodaya Vidyalaya, there is great news. If you haven’t applied for admission yet, there’s one last chance. The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has extended the deadline for applications for the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST). The new deadline is now October 7, 2024. Applications can be submitted online through the official website of Navodaya Vidyalaya at navodaya.gov.in.
The entrance exam for Class 6 will be conducted in two phases. The first phase will take place on January 18, 2025, and the second phase on April 12, 2025. The exam will be held from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
Eligibility for Navodaya Vidyalaya Admission
To be eligible for admission to Class 6, the child must be born between May 1, 2013, and July 31, 2015.
Chance to Correct Application Form
The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti has also announced that applicants will be allowed to correct details such as gender, category (General/OBC/ST/SC), region (urban/rural), disability status, and medium of examination. Corrections can be made within two days after the application deadline.
